I have a CICS 7.0 with a CP100 (I added the VM a few months ago when I relocated the system). I know for sure I turned on Supervision when the VM was added.
Customer has FIOS phone lines from Verizon. She used to have POTS lines.
She says she used to be able to put all phone lines on hold without dialing a number so that all lines will be busy when she is understaffed and can't get to the phone. callers will get a busy and then call back.
Now when you put a call on hold, it disconnects after 5 seconds and goes back to idle.
I cannot duplicate this on my 6x16 or MICS. Lines stay on hold.I even tried messing around with Supervision. No change.
Could it be FIOS?
