busy on a single line ext 1

Hello

I need to program a single line ext on a legend 7.0 to supply a busy signal to the outside caller when that ext is being used

for example ext 55 is a single line ext the user is on the phone another call comes thru the auto att the outside caller dials 55 i would like to give the outside caller a busy signal if 55 is on the phone there is no voice mail coverage on this ext
