busy no answer call forward to voice mail

I have a BCM 50 and I am trying to set my phone to forward to my voice mailbox on busy no answer.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Press feature 985 which will give you the vmail pilot #. Go to set programming and add the vmail pilot under fwd busy.
