busy message when removing index cycle

I'm trying to remove the oldest Networker index cycle. But it keeps telling me that its busy and to try later. To the best of my knowledge there are no other functions running, any ideas?

Hi,

Assumng you are on unix:

1.ps -ef |grep nsr (check for any nsr processes buisy)

2.restart networker by:

nsr_shutdown -qa;nsrd;nsrexecd

and try again. "Long live king Moshiach !"
