Busy Lampfield on ATT 0 Stays on!!

opt 11c when caller comes in the att then transfer to dn5600
Secretary for dn 7000 answers call and trans to 7000. Even though call is off of sec desk the ATT still shows busy lamp for secretary.... Please advise.

Does the Secretary phone have an appearance of 7000 on it. If any line that appears on the phone is active it will show as busy on the busy lamp field.
