I am having trouble programming A PKM with busy lamp field for a receptionist. If the extensions assigned on the pkm have a muticall appearence, giving them 2 intercom buttons of their ext. # It won't light the button on the pkm if they are on the phone. My work around for this was assigning the second intercom button a phantom ext. # so they could still do conference calls. Is it possible with the multicall appearence to light th BLF button if they are on the phone?

Thanks.

There is a system option

Busy Lamps follow set Enabled (or some such). This needs to be enabled (disabled by default) When this option is enabled the set will show busy with any use of the phone on any key.

Yes. Look in your system options. You will find an entry named something like "BLF based on set busy". You probably have it set to NO.
