Busy Lamp Field not always showing extension busy

Hi experts!

I have an M7310 telephone with a busy lamp field. There are two exentions in the office that do not always appear busy on the BLF when they are busy on calls. Any idea what might cause this? Apparently this also happens to the M7324 telephones in the office that have these intercoms programmed to memory buttons.

Are you using headsets on these 7316 tel sets? the busy lamp only indicates handset off hook for some reason.
