Hi all,

Has anyone had experience with the busy indication not working. What I mean is if you call an internal extention (2010,2030, or 2050) the phone just drops the call if the other extention is busy. We've been struggling with this for sometime now and have no satisfactory solution other than reprogramming all users. Our distri says that it's a corruption in the .cfg file.
Is there anyone out there in tier 3 or 4 that can verify this and if so let us know why so that we can avoid this in the future.
Also larger systems (120+ users) is there a tool such as ProVision that we can use to import users from a text file etc?

Thanks in advance

Kurt

Are you using Headsets, if an ext is set to Off-Hook Station you do not get busy tone back when ringing a busy ext.

This is because the system assumes you are using phone manager wihch would give busy indication on the display.

Off-Hook Station is not required on digital phones
