Probably an easy one for the vets, what is the feature code for programming a busy indicator? Im looking through the manual and do not see anything about a busy indicator. I programmed a speed dial for the extension but it does not show if the extension is in use or not. Thanks!

What type of phone are you using, and did you program a button that has a light?

Using an MLX-20L. Programmed a button with a light to speed dial another extension. When I went offhook on that extension the light did not come on. Is it supposed to? Is speed dial how busy indication is done on the legend?

Yes, on Legend, program a button for Auto-dial internal extension, and you should get a busy indicator if the button has a light. What is showing when you ask the phone to display the programming for that button?
