Busy-indicator by Name on Avaya J169 H.323 CMR8.1

Hello everyone,

Customer needs to have their busy indicator buttons to show names instead of extensions number! Is there a setting on the cm to do this?

That's always been a program at the phone per button thing for Avaya.

Not in CM, no.

- had some scripts that would do something like that. Basically, he automated editing the phone's backup file to relabel the phone's button module labels. It was a pretty slick process. Here's the video:
