just installed a tda-600 running 3.1 using pri23 card and a 4 port tva-200. The customer wants to utilize all three greetings in the personal mailboxes. The no answer greeting would play when the user is in the office but does not answer, the busy greeting would play when the user ignores the call waiting tone, and the after-hours greeting would play when the user enables an "out of office" button. As far as I know the after-hours greeting will only play when the entire system is in night mode. The other snag is that when call waiting is enabled and the user ignores the tone, the no answer greeting plays. I've tried getting creative with icd groups and secondary, forwarding mailboxes for each extention but still can only get so far. Second time this week a salesman has made a promise to a customer without asking a tech. Any ideas someone may have would be greatly appreciated. (other than finding new salesmen, he owns the shop)
