Busy Extension Warning 1

Hey everyone,

I was recently asked if the IPO has any way to warn a person when an internal extension is busy on another line. Example:

I call someone in my own office and they're busy on another call. With the option I'm talking about, my extension would tell me this person is busy on another call as opposed to just ignoring me .

Anyone ever heard of something like this on the IPO?

Two appearence keys + reserve last CA + no VM = Busy tone
Two appearence keys + reserve last CA + VM On = VM answers
Three appearence keys (default) and any of above = Ringing

I also wish they would introduce a screen prompt of some sort to show they are busy without needing User keys or the above
