Busniess name on VOIP Trunks

My caller ID business name is not getting past the BCM. My SIP provider sends out a note that says "Illinois Call" with my SIP trunk. Is it the BCM's job to send out your business name or the SIP carriers responsibility?

They will send it unless they allow the BCM to send it, changing a setting in there switch, But along with the bussiness name will be the users name.
