BusinessConnect call pickup

Hello Gurus

We have some agents on BusinessConnect coupled with SV8300.
When all agents are logged off at night calls configured on BCT to go to another extension.

This extension is in pickup-group. The problem is that calls overflown from BCT couldn't be pickuped on another extension. Is it by design or there are some settings on BCT to allow to pickup such calls?
