Business Views and Linked Subreports

Are business views inherited by linked subreports? I have applied security with business views and I assume that a linked subreport will inherit the business views from the parent report.

Thanks.

A subreport has its very own datasource. It doesn't "inherit" anything from the main report. You'd need to point the subreport to use the business view if that's what you need.
