Crystal Reports v10
SQL server 2000

I am working on a report that was developed by someone a while back.
THis report uses business view (BV1) as the datasource.
The problem is that I cannot see BV1 in the Repository explorer under Business views folder in crystal report tool where as my admin guy can see the business view in the "Business view Manager" on the server.
Can someone please advise what I have to do to see it in the CR 10?

thank you.

hmmm.first do u have the access to repository explorer? ask ur admin to give the access...if u don't find BV in repository explorer...may be you can find tht report in enterprise..so tht you can view the sql..

You need to install the Business View manager locally on your desktop from the BOE CDs. That is the only way to manage the BVs that sit behind Dynamic Parameters on the server.
