opinion only
if your light on nat, a packet sniffer (free download) will answer questions like that a lot better then anyone can without network access

Thanks johnpoole

i wanna tell u that i made the NAT.
I can access the element manager now over internet
the problem now when i try to register an ip phone, it gives me

connecting Svc forwarding

and the set doesnt register on SS.

Is the phone you're trying to register in the same subnet as the pc you're accessibg EM from? If not, make sure you can ping the node S1 IP from that subnet. You could also have a port blocked by a firewall. Are you using port 4100 for registration? You could do a port scan using free software to test for blocked ports.

thanx oldestgeek

i can ping s1 i called isp they told me they dont block any ports

Then I would do a port scan and verify that the registration port isn't being blocked. Also insure the set is configured correctly in the switch. You might also want to try a different set. I purchased some refurbs and one of them had the network and pc ports reversed.
