That's a bit of a tall order! A proper business plan is a complex document to execute properly. When I'm doing business consultancy for small companies I use a 14 page doc just to introduce the ideas behind a business plan. I will temporarily put it here:
Obviously this does not include the detailed investigation and planning needed to provide a complete business plan, but should get you started with the basic ideas.
