I am working on a business Objects project which has been through all phases of testing now. (Thick and Thin Both )

Currently going through the performance testing phase.

I am load testing the thin client (Infoview ) using the load runner.
The scenario is 25 users are accessing and refreshing 8 set of reports in one hour.

The problem is some of these users fail through the script.
The thing is that the error is not consistent to a particular user or to a particular report so that we could pinpoint why the error is occurring.
The following are the errors i am getting:

1)Automation exception BusinessObjects server process raised an automation exception. (Error: BOMGR 0060) IDispatch error #109 The following data providers have not been successfully refreshed: Query 1 with DetCont. (DMA0007): [] (mefrwdtcap03.m01rbsres01.mde)
(returned by function Refreshing Document)

2) Bad caller workflow Unable to find session. (Error: BOMGR 0120) (mefrwdtcap04.m01rbsres01.mde)
(returned by function Get HTML element) )

3) Automation exception BusinessObjects server process raised an automation exception. (Error: BOMGR 0060) IDispatch error #130 Unable to open this document, not authorised (mefrwdtcap04.m01rbsres01.mde)

Anyone share his / her experience / thoughts please

The webi technology is not related to Crystal. Why not get in touch with BO? They should be motivated tio help you given that a resolution may lead to a sale...
