Business Objects Enterprise XI R3

I am trying to run a report VIA asp application and with a new Enterprise install we keep encountering this err:

Failed to find an available Report Application Server

Do you have the Report Application Server (RAS) installed, running and enabled in your Business Objects Enterprise XI (R3) environment...?

Go into the web-based Central Management Console (CMC) for your Business Objects Enterprise XI (R3) environment.

http://[servername]:8080/CmcApp/logon.faces

Click SERVERS, then open the + next to "Sevice Categories".

Highlight the "Crystal Report" category.

You should see five (5) different "Server Name" records. The last one should be the Report Application Server.

Is it RUNNING and ENABLED...?

Are you running all of the BOe-XI (3.0) components on a single-server, or are they part of a multi-server cluster...?
