Is there is any way to run the report from Central Management Console (Managing the user in BOE) tool to see list of:
1. Users
2.Folders
3. Access to the folders
4. Reports in the folder
5. Folder owner
6. Last time the report was run.

Please let me know.

No, it's not. This information is stored in a proprietary binary format in the CMS database and can't be accessed from a report. However, it is possible to use either the .NET or Java SDK to write a program that will get this information for you. Also, there are some third-party tools available for this or you can go to the Downloads forum on BOB -
