Business Object XI problem running enterprise 10 report

Hi,

I am trying to run an enterprise10 report in XI. I have installed all of the new classes for the passing of sf parameters to the report in XI but when I call it from my application I get an error

com.crystaldecisions.report.web.viewer.ReportExportControl
Failed to open the connection. Folio Report

any suggestions?
