business object to email a group of managers??

I need help on writing a business object that on the first of each month, automatically generates and sends an email that looks like this:

Dear ManagerName,

Team A:
Members: Suzy
Fred
Team B:
Members: Bill
Ted

Manager names, team names and team members are all stored in a table.

Any help would be appreciated.
