Business name display outgoing on PRI BCM 400, 4.0

I have a 400 running 4.0 with 2 PRI circuits. If i program the "send name display" in telephony resources for 1 or both PRI, both the extexsion name and company name are displayed at the called party destination. Once I uncheck send name display, only the number is sent with no company name. We have changed from DMS100 to NI-2 and nothing changes. this setup worked when both of these circuits were on a Norstar at the same site.
Any thoughts??

What worked on the Norstar.Changes to the protocol dosen't change what.
