business inkjet 2800 power problem

hi.

i have a business inkjet 2800dtn for nearly 3 yrs but hardly used (printed less than 10 pages). a few days ago when we want to use it, it won't power on. I tried removing the cord (both ends) and plug it back in, the Ready Light would come on for 1 sec and then off.

is the power supply dead?
