Business InkJet 2600 Shows All Cartridges Empty

I have a Business Inkjet 2600 that says all the cartridges are empty. I know that they are not and would like to know if anyone else has had this problem. I think there is something wrong with either the sensors or maybe the circuit, but don't know enough about this printer to properly diagnose this problem. If anyone has information regarding this situation, please let me know.
