Business Inkjet 2200 "Printer Ink Is Drying"

Hi

I have a HP Business Inkjet 2200/2250 Series

When printing in Colour I get a message on the printer display which reads "Printer Ink Is drying"

Sometimes the printer will eject the paper and sometimes I have to press resume

I just wondered if there is any way to turn off the feature or a equivalent driver which doesn't have this feature

Any help would be great
