business element filter combination

Does this work?

I have a Business Element with 2 filters -
1. country = USA
2. LYS > 50000

I have a Business View referencing that Business Elemet with the "business element filter combination" setting set to "OR" (the default) and I get all records from the USA or greater than 50000.

I set the "business element filter combination" setting in the business view to "AND" and then get exactly the same results!

what am I missing or is it a bug?

Hi, Did you save the changes ( both the BE and the view ) and then do a verify database in your report?



PS: I assume there should be a difference.

Yes, I had done. It just doesn't seem to work, though I am sure I have seen it working in the past.
