I have imported to BCM from ACT 6.0. In the Business Contact History area of the contact information, the 'created' field on all the notes says NONE. But when you pull up the actual note, the 'created' field is filled in with the original date from ACT. It is disabled from editing. If I click save, it fills in the current date of the 'created' field. (not good)
Does anyone know how to enable the 'created' field for editing? I really need to be able to sort my history by date. Please HELP!!??
