Business Console, multiple headsets

Just replaced 2k with MCD Rel 8.0 SP3. Business console is working fine but I need to run two headsets or headset and handset at one time for training new operators. Anyone been successful with this arrangement? I loose all audio if I attempt to enable more than one device. Any help is welcome. Thanks

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.

The only thing that I can really think of is using a separate set and use that ACD silent monitor.

Did you mean PR 3 as suppose to SP 3?

MiVB Console uses third party headsets as its computer based.
MiVB Console supports only one headset connection.

I don't this is possible. Happy to be proven wrong.
