I work for a specialized niche software development company. I'm new here (<1yr) and learning this industry still.
As a new Corporate trainer I'm struggling with learning not only the software - and how it functions, but also industry knowledge.
I'm looking for solutions on how best to deliver a training that can both provide the "how to" using the software but also provide business best practices and processes at the same time. Giving real life examples is a struggle since I'm so new to the industry.
Currently we have a business SME participate in all trainings to aid - but this is not cost effective.
Looking for as many options/solutions as people might have.
