Dear All,
We have a scenario. We create/design new products very often and send the sample orders(not formal Purchase order) to the vendor. After some time we expect the vendors to call us and let us know the status or we may have to remind the vendors. It would be gret help if there is some option in our system that alerts/prompts us about this on that particular day.
Is there any option given in MAS200?

The title of your message is also the answer to your question. The Business Alerts Module does just what you ask.

It sits and monitors data files - and periodically will send notificaitons out if certain pre-established criteria are met. This could be if an order is x days old, etc.
