Hello All,

Was wondering if someone could possibly help me with my question about Business Advocate. The feature was activated approximately 3 months ago but we just started setting up Service Level Supervisor on skills and setting up reserve agents. This had been working fine for the past two weeks. System was still working fine at 4:30PM on Friday. Monday morning I went in to the PBX to turn on Service Level Supervisor on another skill and setting wasn't there. Looked in System Parameters Customer Options and Business Advocate was set to N. Browsed into both S8800 servers using CM 6.0 under Licensing Features and the radio button for Business Advocate was set to Off. When I looked at summary reports, they showed that settings had been changed, however no one else has access to the PBXs or the knowledge to make this change. Can someone explain what might have caused the system to change on its own. i know we are licensed for Call Center Elite R6.0 and I thought Business Advocate was included in the CCE suite but I could be wrong. Just wonder why it worked for so long and then all of a sudden just changed on its own. Any help or info on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Best Regards,

Telephone Tommy
