Hi all,

Just got a call from a customer who is several hours away with some strange issues.

They told my dispatcher:

1. They are getting busy signals (he didn't get a clear answer as to if they meant inbound, outbound or what.
2. The system si playing busy signals over the speakers.

I will call them in the morning and try to get some more info but I am hoping this rings a bell to someone so I don't have to have a tech drive four hours for something simple.

Start by cycling the power to the system, or #728 in system programming.

Then get a clearer description of the problem.
