BUS NAME

I am trying to use the BUSINESS NAME to override the PRI name assigned to it by the telco. and I noticed that there are only 8 letters, numbers or spaces allowed. Standard CO CID name allowance is a total of 15 letters, numbers and or spaces. Anyone know why this is limiting my entry? When I do enter something into this field it is actually overriding the Telcos entry so that part is working ok, I just need to put in more letters.

That is the limitation of digits that the BCM will let you have. Can't add more digits.
