bundle evals/recordings and email

So Im tasked with learning NICE, and as you could expect without any formal training, Im lost.
NICE perform App suite, Release 3, sp4, build 152.

Anyway, a user does evals, all these are under Business Analyzer - Evaluations. We cn hilite one and open, giving us the eval.
We would like to take this along with the recording and email to the client we work with.
Now it seems we can copy all the stuff seperately out on network then attach to an email and send.
Is there an easier way?
I apologize if this is vague, I know next to zero about NICE right now.

ah good old evaluations if you open them there should be an option to create coaching package which will email to whoever you like.
