bump bar times in Aloha table service 6.7.45 with NAM and ATO

Have a aloha table service 6.745 with video display in kitchen. owners wants to know the time it takes from the time the order shows up on the screen to the time its bumped to get an idea of the average ticket time. I have never been asked for this report. Anyone have any ideas if this can be pulled from Aloha.

Are you running Aloha Kitchen Video, or another KVS system? I remember with AKV, I could run some reports from CFC. Aloha Enterprise can also import certain data from AKV, but not sure about any other system.

They are running Aloha Kitchen video. I will reach out to Enterprise Support and see if they are able to offer any suggestions. I did look through all the settings in CFC and did not find any report for bump times. One would think it would be there, like a print log or debout file.

Click on Kitchen, then go to your reports. There is are speed of service and order timing reports.

Understandably, i'm also running CFC at my new job, so they might be in a different place in NAM.

BOh security settings did not have reports checked off for user. No wonder we never found it. thank you
