Bullets font has changed in IE, Frontpage

For some reason, one of my users is now seeing little lambdas instead of the standard round bullet on web pages in IE. She's also seeing this in FrontPage and in Microsoft Word.

We can change the bullets back to normal by changing the font used for the bullets in Word & FrontPage, but as soon as we try to view the Frontpage doc in IE, we still see the lambda bullets.

I've reinstalled the web fonts for IE, and we've reset the bullets back to round ones. Netscape is unaffected.
Any ideas?
