When one user in my network tries to use bullets or numbers, Word closes unexpectedly (Microsoft Word encountered and error...).
This problem only happens with that particular user. If I login with any other user on that PC, there's no problem at all.
I tried to solve this by copying the normal.dot file from another user, but it didn't work.
It's very strange that even when the user can't push the bullets or numbers button without getting an error, if the user opens a file that already has bullets/numbers in it, the user can continue using bullets/numbers automatically (but if the user presses the bullets/numbers button, he gets an error again).
What can be the problem?
