Hi,

Does anyone know how to create Bullet Points in an email? There is the combination of holding ALT and then pressing 0,1,4,9. Anyone know of another way??

I think the easiest way would be to just compose the email in Word then copy and paste into an email. Bullets will be pasted as well.

Hope that helps.

Set your compose view when creating a new e-mail to HTML. From New E-Mail Tool bar select View/HTML. You will get a menu bar just above the body section of the new e-mail. Using this menu you can select Bullett's, Insert Pictures, Change Font, Bold, Underline, etc., etc, etc. with one click of the mouse (may be two clicks on some selections). This should be available in GW v6.x. Can not remember for earlier version. Have a good one!

5.5 does not have the HTML option.

rklalli,

You need the GroupWise 5.5 'Message Enhancement Pack'. This used to be on Novell's GroupWise 'Cool Solutions' website but now appears to have disappeared.

Not to worry... it can be downloaded from either of the following:

It adds formatting options, bullets and use of different sizes and colours of fonts for messages.

We use it all the time... using GW5.5.

Hope this helps....
