bullentin board in voice-mail

I am trying to set up an ext: 81263 so the user can set up a voice-mail message to direct callers to another location but I do not want the callers to be able to leave a message.
How do I set that up that after the recorded message plays, it will hang up and not allow voice messages.

You would use a caller application. Just make it a action type of termination and record what you want the caller to hear.
