Bulk Import Personal Address Book Settings

Has anyone found a way to bulk import or bulk change a users' Personal Address book User Identification and User Pin into the Personal Address Book IP Phone Service ?

I've got all the other settings to bulk import, but have to go into each User Device Profile manually and add the information, and it's taking me hours !!

We had to make it part of our phone training and have the user set the UserID and PIN. Fortunately most users don't care for the feature and leave it alone (auto dials are more popular). Ultimately we are finding the PAB and Fast Dials to be more trouble then they are worth.
