Bulk forward from Outlook Express to Gmail 1

Hi all

Have a client who wants to bulk forward approx 300 Outlook Express inbox/other folder messages to his Gmail account before disposing of Outlook Express.

He has already imported his Outlook Express contacts into his Gmail account.

Is there a simple and painless way of doing that, please?

I think you could create a rule under the tools menu that applies to 'all messages' and 'forwards them to people' (entering gmail address as recipient).
