Hello –

I have a challenge to bulk export in a usable format (without encryption) all the recorded calls from a single CSCM platform, which forms one of many across the estate, the recorder number is known which will make tracing the calls easier.

The current config is such -> Multiple ACR recorders @ R10 all using a centralized KMS key every 24hrs, with CAM (Central Archive Manager ) pulling the recordings off the local recorder back to the central store with Viewer 7.8 being used for replay. We have the challenge now to split out a whole recorders calls and make them playable, so requiring both audio and meta-data in an un-encrypted format. Not all the required calls are still in the "on server" storage partition so a direct export is not possible.

I’m not after a backdoor way of exporting files (in-excess 1,000,000 calls) but a method of properly exporting the required calls with the information out of the system, however it appears the Avaya/Verint don’t have such a tool set to do so ?

Has anyone any experience of bulk call extraction and the tool set used to do so ? – Any additional info required please ask..

Thanks
