How can I make bulk changes to VOIP from CISCO?
I have 5,000 devices to configure.
Any tips?

Models: Cisco IP Phone 7942G
Cisco IP Phone 7965G

are you installing these to a CUCM? Then you can use the bulk admin tool (BAT).
