hey guys.
was wondering if anyone ever played around with a broadcom 54g maxperformance built-in wireless doodad that doesnt seem to connect to the net even tho xp says that it's connected to the router. the WEP's set up good..the router detects that the broadcom connects..MAC address is set up in the access list. if we stick a netgear PC card into the laptop, it works fine..but what's the point of having this builtin wireless thing if we need to have some other card. the netgear card comes with it's own setup utility so we dont need to use windows' wireless configuration. but the broadcom's got nuttin. if someone knows where we could find actual "software" for the broadcom (not just the driveR), i'd appreciate it.
tia!
