Built in Hold Music Avaya Definity CM V.5.0

Dear Team,

we have Avaya Definity CM Version 5 with External Hold Music device,

now the External Device having Some problem thus the Hold music gets Blanked

how do i unable built in Hold Music

please suggest

If you have a VAL board or H.248 gateway you can upload a wave file of music to it and set up an announcement with type integ-mus. Of course if the file is large you chew up a lot of announcement space or may not be able to fit it on the board.
