Building websites with Livemotion

I am trying to make an SWF for a web page and have two problems one I think I got solved by reading the forums here. The other problem is I want to make the SWF so that it has a window that can show a web page and controls in the SWF to change the web page even scrolling features etc.?
If anyone can help me with this that would be great.
