I am building an NT Server for Exchange.<br>Silly question.<br><br>Does the server have to be a BDC or can it<br>be standalone.<br><br>Any replies would be appreciated<br><br>Cheers<br><br>Andrew<br>(soon to be an exchange user!)

Realistically the Exchange server should be at least a BDC for security reasons. Assuming you are using a domain system, adding another BDC will not be a problem. If you are not using domains, you will run into problems...
