Building Graphs in CustomView Producer

I am trying to build some graphs in CustomView Producer (Release 2.2.0.8) that contain the following information:

1. Incoming Calls (For the Day) vs Abandoned Calls (For the Day)
2. Incoming Calls (For the Day) vs Agents Signed On (For the Day)
3. Incoming Calls (For the Day) vs Outgoing Calls (For the Day)

I have read through the documentation, but its very vague. Could someone point me in the right direction if other documentation exists on the internet, or if there is a later version of the software that helps in this area.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but once you create the initial graph, you should notice 3 small dots on the right side. Right clicking and selecting properties will let you select the data source for that series. As a whole, I don't care much for Producer's graphing capabilities, and as such pretty much never use them, so I'm afraid I can't help too much.

On a side note and out of curiosity, what would be the point of your second calculation (inc calls vs agents on)? This wouldn't seem to provide any relevant data.... just curious.
